I’m Harris Edwards, a CIPD Chartered HR Consultant, and I specialise in employer-led ACAS settlement agreements. This approach supports businesses in managing employee exits in a fair, respectful, and commercially sensible way. It can be particularly effective where there is a dispute, ongoing concerns, or where the working relationship has broken down, and the business does not want to pursue a formal process.

Settlement agreements allow for a confidential and amicable exit for all parties, whilst protecting the business from future litigation. I focus on achieving outcomes that work for both the organisation and the individual, without unnecessary process or complexity.
